We publish our research findings in three series. In addition to our print series, KuP, we also have two open-access series: BM-Online and KuP-Online.
The Kriminologie und Praxis (KuP) print-series is aimed at a broad audience of specialists. This series publishes conference proceedings and comprehensive research reports. Orders can be placed directly with KrimZ. Many older volumes in the series are available free of charge in digital format.
The electronic series KuP-Online has been published since 2025. Like its print counterpart, this open-access series includes conference proceedings and comprehensive research reports.
The electronic series Berichte und Materialien (BM-Online) is the successor to the former print-series "Berichte, Materialien, Auswertungen" (BMA) and is available online free of charge. The older BMA volumes are also available free of charge in digitized form.
Our three annual surveys on social therapy, life imprisonment, and preventive detention are published in various formats and can be viewed together here.
